Dr. Desai and her staff are amazing, professional, prompt, kind, welcoming and overall a great place for anyone to come to. My whole family and I have been Dr Desai’s patient for years. She has the best personality, always laughing, sweet and will treat you like a family member. Her staff is just as amazing as Dr. Desai. I know all of their names and that is how you know you are being treated and given the best care.

My wife has had bad experiences at other dental offices which gave her anxiety during each visit, but fell in love with with crossroads dental. We moved to lodi and decided to try the dental office that was a block from the new house. I went there twice and didnt like then at all. We went back to crossroads and have no plans on changing it anytime soon. There not pushy or try to upsell and hygienist is great.

It was a wonderful experience the hygienist was very polite and professional and gentle with cleaning my teeth didn't feel any pain her hands were delicate i chose this dental office 10 yrs ago and been going ever since and the entire staff are very polite and professional couldn't imagined going anywhere else the location is nice also and the office is very clean and family friendly.
